the breakfast was absolutely terrible and deffinitely not worth the hype, and the internet situation? oh please, having to go to another floor was so inconvenient. i expected a warm welcome, not that! i almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn’t. how hard is it to provide decent coffee, people?

Convenient access to cultural attractions, beautiful common areas, stylish design throughout
Navigating luggage over the numerous bridges to reach the hotel is a real hassle!!! Also, the temperature control in the rooms could use some serious improvement to avoid discomfort during the stay.

We had a lovely surprise when we arrived and were upgraded to a spacious suite with stunning decor and a fabulous shower. The cozy courtyard was perfect for relaxing with drinks, and we really enjoyed the beautiful garden seating options too. The only downside was that the breakfast selection could've been more varied. Definitely grab an Aperol Spritz while you’re there! 🍹

Couples seeking a cozy retreat
The hotel was real nice & quiet. Staff were friendly! Especially during happy hour when they served camelback cocktails in the front garden.
Not exactly cheap but pretty reasonable for what you get, it’s Venice after all!
